Head of Media Channels
Traffic Point is an online commerce company with the goal of streamlining the consumer decision-making process, and connecting customers with industry-leading brands. The networks we create help shoppers make smarter decisions about the products they want to buy.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Head of Media Channels to join our team in TLV. You will be in charge of budgets and regions to develop a buying strategy and set-up and launch programmatic campaigns.
The successful candidate will be required to:
6+ years experience within the field of programmatic media buying and campaign management, with experience in arbitrating performance campaigns
Plan manage and execute marketing campaigns from scratch (ideas, funnels, creatives and ads)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Searching for media sources and publishers
Negotiate rates with media companies to obtain a competitive price
Experiment with new platforms and channels
Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
Business orientation skills & creative thinking
Able to manage a team
Experience in building and executing operational budgeted plans – an advantage
Experience you bring
Responsible for establishing & scaling the company’s marketing activity in the non-search field to drive business goals
Creating documented marketing methodology for each channel and making sure it’s implemented throughout the company
Collaborate closely with the inbound teams and define needs to drive sustainable activity
Monitor Actual vs Targets and manage ROI on marketing
Fully understanding our clients’ business objectives and translating these objectives into strategy and actions
Manage and operate Hands-on all of our digital tools and assets: email marketing, push notifications, social channels. etc
Identify and explore new opportunities within the non-search landscape
Monitoring the usage of tools developed for the unit and raise needs & requests to improve efficiency
