Inbound Product Manager

About The Position

Trafficpoint is an online company that specializes in the comparison market with the goal of streamlining the consumer decision-making process, and connecting customers with industry-leading brands. The trusted comparison websites we create help shoppers make smarter and more confident decisions about the products they buy.

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Inbound Product Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv and lead our internal digital marketing products.

Requirements

Own the internal products life cycle: developing, defining, and overseeing our digital marketing product’s roadmap and managing it as required for the purpose of meeting deliverables for the business
Create and manage a process that drives toward a scalable product portfolio that will, in turn, drive the business towards product-market fit
Spearhead the strategy and execution by collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, User Research, as well as functions in the data, marketing, and sales teams to shape a customer-focused product
Working closely with R&D teams on product execution, transforming vision to product capabilities, and build-up plans
Manage the entire product lifecycle for new features and products such as Hub-spot, Lead-Gen, Any-track, etc
Work with the analytic experts to gather and derive customer insights for identifying new opportunities and optimizing experiences and experiments

Experience you bring

At least one previous position as an Inbound Product/ Product Manager - A must
Solid knowledge of Online Marketing, Digital advertising world - A must
Strong technical background as a hands-on developer / a manager of engineering as a product manager
Experience in working with Data/ Bigdata/ AI - Big advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working in a cross-functional nature that demands constant interactions and deliberations with other departmental directors
Experience in leading product processes from A to Z
Self-starter, initiative personality, with the ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
External API and integration experience - an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills
